I also remember some Coin World articles about the Chinese making counterfeits of the slabs produced by the major grading services, which means even an "authenticated" coin might be fake, in a fake holder. They've been mentioning GreedBay as being the major outlet for these criminals for several years.

What I find frustrating is that the defects in the fake holders get reported in the coin periodicals so buyers can detect them. The Chinese crooks read these reports, go back to their machines, and fix the mistakes. The cycle starts again.
