It would be - it's an eBid press release. It's another PR gather & repeat type site. While any repetition is, of course, good, you can't read much into releases being held on agency sites I'm afraid. Just nice to know the boys are busy putting the word out. What we want to see is independent sites picking up that word and running their own articles. Fingers crossed!

I have no idea what you two are on about repetition sites, but hey ho, it's all out there somewhere.

BTW who / what is EIN?

People issue press releases. Sometimes these go direct to news reporters (papers, TV etc) and sometimes they go to agencies. Some agencies gather press releases and stories from a variety of sources and put them in one web site to allow people to search for stories on particular subjects. EIN is such an agency. All this site is doing here is repeating the press release issued by ebid - this may or may not then be picked up by other agencies or actual reporters looking for stories or back-up material on, say, online auctioneers.

Yes - if you look at the foot of the piece you can see all the "notes to editor" and contact details for the agency that's released the blurb.

That was the first time I had seen the webuser review - I didnt get hold of a copy when it was published.

The fact that the site article directly linked to the webuser review wouls be a good thing wouldnt it?
