Messages not appearing on AAL

is this the same problem i am experiencing?
i have had problems with 3 users now. i contacted one nearly two weeks ago now and have since contacted them 3 more times. i am now waitng on an invoice which still has not appeared. it seems as though they have replied but there is no message and the reply shows as 'From [0] Thu 01 Jan 1979 01.00.00 (BST)' have received two of these from one seller and one from another.
also contacted another requesting invoice from one i have done loads of business wit over the last year and he usually contacts me straight away. still not heard back from him either.
like i say i've been waiting for one set of items for two weeks now.

Specifics pls. Listing IDs or pages where we can see the problems.
