Default Having trouble sleeping at nights?

As someone who has for years I was rather interested in an article I read a couple or weeks ago.

It stated that if you have a mains powered clock, or any mains powered appliance, adjacent to your head (actually within 4 feet) then the EMF from it can interfere with your brain waves and prevent restful sleep.

It seemed a bit far fetched but I moved my clock away from the head of the bed (it was about 2 foot from my head) and have found I do now sleep a lot better.

Worth a try if you wake up feeling more tired than when you went to bed as I used to do.

There has been concern about the effects of electro magnet fields for some time, especially with objects which emit it near your head.

So its not too far fetched to think that it may disturb brain patterns and affect sleep.

Simple solution is to sleep with your head at the foot of the bed

LOL - no wonder I have such weird dreams - I have a mains clock and my mobile on my bedside table. I think I'll give it a try - if I move 'em to the other side of the room, it'll at least remove the fiendish temptations of the 'snooze' button ...
