the simple answer is no you/I cant...to be AV'd your credit card needs to be the same address as your "home" address, as a business my card is registered at one address and my home address is at another

Does it let you change your address to your business address to allow you to verify? (Just a thought ) Will add in your name to challenger list for now. Welcome on board.

It's taken a lot longer than expected to get the problem resolved and, suffice to say, the resolution was far from acceptable, in my opinion. Makes me wonder why we pay taxes, if I'm to be honest! It'll be interesting to see how this and other sites work towards curbing fraudulent membership applications, especially, as so aptly pointed out by Somersethedge, a business account can't easily be AV'd. I WILL be requesting clarification regarding this issue from eBid, as it doesn't seem right. AV is a GOOD thing, not something that should complicate a legitimate business registration process.

I might not have the AV by my name, but it does not seem to effect my sales, so it's not the be all and end all. and to be honest I haven't seen too many that are not AV'd it's just the way things have worked out for me

I was A/V until I switched credit cards. I did that because when I decided to upgrade to seller+, I wanted the charge on a different credit card, and thought I would have to use the same credit card that I was verified for, so I changed it. After that, my A/V status disappeared, and hasn't come back. So, if it ever comes back, I would like to join your challenge, please.
