New to EBid and wondering?

This is so strange to find other venues than the big one "feeBay" to sell my crafts I am kind of hesitant to post things for sell, Wondering how the population of sellers on EBid are doing with sells... Let me know I am very interested.

Hi Welcome to Ebid, I know I,m not selling in the same categories as you but sales on Ebid are picking up and I actually had my first biding war on Ebid this evening lol ..... yes it is a bit slower than other site but as I said it seems to be picking up wishing you luck Lynda.

The only reason I was asking is because I don't see anything on here like I make. And the other place has loads of it. I think I might shut down everything over there and just do listings instead of the "store" feature they charge so much for. I am really torn. I am glad to see sales are picking up for you and I will head over to the kitchen table forum and hopefully there will be some things like the bidding war you where talking about. Just figuring it all out as this is all new to me.

If you rely on your selling income, please be a little cautious about moving *everything* over here... I'd love to be able to do that myself, but the reality at the moment is that sales are slow. So please do jump aboard, but if you need a lifeline back to the other place, you won't be the only one using both, by a long way!

Thats great so this isn't an either/or type place. You are not considered to be bad if you still have listings on the other place. Glad to hear that. Phew! I am going to give it a go and see. I wonder how much to list over here I am thinking that with the no fee thing I might make some more stuff tonight and try to get it put up tonight or tomorrow. Thanks again, Amanda

A few people feel strongly that we should all commit to this place and shun all others, but even they tend to be pretty friendly about saying so. The rest of us with bills to pay have to be realistic, I'm afraid. In the meantime, we do our best to tell that lot over there (points feebaywards) about this nice place over here.
