Go to "my ebid"......then "my subscriptions" on the right hand side.

The downgrade option should be there (I hope)

Why close it ? if you do not want to sell just now , then you just do not list....you may want to try again later....( when thet other place is closed )...so do not close....just wait.........Papa.
