How can i save "unlisted auctions"?

I sell primarily jewelry--at least I would like to--no sales as yet. I want to make up some auctions that I want to store as "saved" until I am ready to list. I can't find any way to do this. I don't mean like "scheduled".Any help out there for a newbee to Ebid?

Download the spreadsheet from your My eBid > My bulk upload section, fill in all the details for as many as you like, then upload it when you want to start the auctions.

About the only thing--other than sales that is--that I miss over here from you know what other place is my wonderful formats & scrolling gallery. Think we will ever get those companies to do the same for Ebid?
