The tip I can give you is

go away for the weekend, have no computer usage, then you will see a sale when you come back.

It is sods law. Also I tend to find you get sales when you least expect them, ie a new buyer joins at 02:09 then buys from me at 02:29, thats a strange time for a UK buyer. but hey a sale is a sale.

Buyers are there, just have a bit of patience. You will get a sale soon

Whats strange about 2.29am. I am often up and on the pc at that time as its then I can chat to the charity groups members in other countries...and there's the night shift workers who while away the time browsing the internet..

There are lots of peeps who have been members for years!!

But, only just starting to get their auctions up & running now

I have just seen a horrible thread on the business selling board with nasty trolls. Luckily it has been pulled now, after I pressed the report button 10 times!! IMHO if people think feebay is so lovely then why do they have to make a song and dance about how they don't like another auction site? It is pointless as me posting a thread on there saying that I love using paypal's automated telephone service.

I've just been reading one of the threads, if they see eBid as being so bad why on earth are they discussing it at all?

I had to post yesterday as I don't think it's right to have it all one way. eB*y has been a fantastic site and I'll never knock it, but all the changes are killing it very quickly.

I was a member on here for over 2 years before I started using it properly. I think there are a lot of people who signed up years ago but have never really used the site properly. A lot of those will be trying it out now that they're getting fed up with paying multiple listing fees for none selling items on the other side.

It's all good for eBid and the publicity whether positive or negative will still get people looking.
