I hope this question fits here (I can't find the thread I was working on last week). I believe I found the reason I wasn't viewable on Google - I didn't have a store! I was just listing things as dadsgoodies, never realized that was just a nom de plume or user handle. So, I have tried to set up a store. My question: I have 80 listings so far; is there an easy way to transfer them into my store, or do I have to cancel all of them under my personal acct. and then relist (laboriously) under my store? Dan of dadsgoodies.

Hi, yes you can transfer them without closing/cancelling them.
Just create your store, insert whatever categories you wish, then use "bulk Edit" to shift all items into one store/category, or if you have multiple different categories, use "bulk edit to move the relevant items into the relevant sub-categories.
The long time consuming way, is to go into each listing and assign it a store once your created and opened the store.

Hope this makes sense and helps.
    Good luck with future sales.

Thanks Jason. I think I'm doing it. I think I still have them listed under my personal, so once I get them onto my store, I'll try deleting them from personal. Dan

And we complain in UK when a post office closes!

It also goes some way to explain why I sometimes send knitting patterns all the way to Australia - quite ordinary ones - It feels to me as if the postage charge makes the pattern more expensive than buying new.
