Thats an amazing saving isn't it. Just goes to show what a rip off the other place is!!
Hopefully my store will pick up and I too will feel the savings

    Hi Everyone
Great that you are all paying less but I have not sold anything yet. Any advice or tips welcome as I do not want to return to the other side.

Hi pintoarab2000, welcome to eBid, OK to help you get started add a signature link to your posts so us nosey lot have an easy link to your items whilst reading the forums, read this thread http://helpdesk.ebid.net/showthread.php?t=100959 then fill in some info on Your About Me Page so people know about you as a seller. Perhaps buy a few things to kickstart your feedback over here, always looks better than a zero, ( I have some nice cheap prints ) have a look at my listings to see how I dealt with the zero feedback problem when I started.

Then email all YOUR (not Greedbay's they are a venue, they keep telling us) customers, and tell them where you are, give them a link to your listings. Grab the records while you can and from paypal records as well. That should keep you busy for a bit, and shout if you need a hand. Additional body parts incur a small fee Oh and finally read the forums there is a lot of useful information on here.

These threads may help opening a store.

Also one listing on a run until sold is not likely to get noticed, as it will always appear at the bottom of lists, pick say 10 days with 10 uato relists then at least it will filter to the top on different days. Having more listings will also help get you noticed.

yes alright I admit I'm late on this tread.... but I was talking to a firend who only deals on the darkside and won't come over to this site however much I talk to them (their loss not mine) and the last time I was talking to them I pointed out that that they paid the darkside/poopal £3k a year (stores listing fees FVF etc) and if they were lucky they sold £4k a year... If they were to come onto this site they would pay £80 + £50 for seller+ lifetime one off payment + poopal fees for the same amount of sales

I've had another AWFUL bill. The total is a staggering £1.82 over my two ids.
I think it might break the £2 barrier next month.

    I didn't get an invoice. I suppose 2p wasn't worth the hassle!
