There are a couple of things recommended to help things along: fill in your about me (we are alll very nosey and what to know who we are dealing with) and add a link to your store here in the forum. How to do that has been put into several threads and Ken must have a copy of his answer tucked away somewhere(can't inagine he writes it out every time)
