Had the same sort of thing myself, would not let me sign in? But their responce both in time, effort and patience was amazing. Especaily as it was an all human responce, every time. Unlike a certan sites delayed and unhelpful automated responce.
Now if I could only sell something, that would be the cherry on the top.

remember you need to do this to get your items onto google
Google doesn't accept items that are auction only, they have to have a BuyNow price,but they can have an auction price as well.

eBid upload ALL eligable items to google products 6 times a month,

To qualify for uploads items need to be:
1) Legal
2) have a BuyNow price
3) Have at least 7 days remaining OR are On First Bid OR are Run Until Sold at 5am on the 8th, 18th and 28th of each month
i use mostly run until sold with bin price
for exporting fb use http://auctionfb.com/
combining postage on multiple buys
if you go to send invoice it will ask if you want to add the other item tick this and then reduce the amount for postage charges on either one ,
you can add your signature to emails using your buddy point link
(from myebid) click on buddy points , scroll down and copy paste to your email signature
also add the buddy points signature to your auction descriptions has someone may click your link through google it will give them incentive to join and buy tell them it is free to join

Have posted items on ebid now and again, not had many sales (1 in the last couple of years).
This has maybe been my fault for not using the various selling options.
Like a zillion other ebay sellers I have been totally p***** off with Ebays latest search "improvements".
Am now going to give ebid a serious trial which it deserves. If i dont have many sales, OK, I get very few on ebay now. Last finantial year I made £125 on ebay all year, so am going to give ebay the sverve and persevere with ebid.
Sure I will be joined by many other ebayers.

not sure if this will help but.... I sell postcards mainly ranging from 75p to £2.00 mark and I have made well over twice what you have made since febuary, so the sales are here now
