I too would like to complain, I recently sold one of my dads cycling tops (first sale by the way, yipee) I was really annoyed that i got charged 2p for a final listing fee.

I now have a supplier of Pet foods and bits and pieces and going to start listing these too.

And I wish to complain that I sent a pm to a seller to ask something which had nothing to do with me buying anything from her and I got a really helpful reply in a very short time.

I am having to complain again

3 parcels arrived today - all the items were packaged very safely and carefully but they arrived way too quickly to have been posted.

I think all three sellers must have camped out on my doorstep last night to deliver them personally

I really don't know why I signed up with eBid either...
I just spending me time chatting and giggling on the boards in stead of listing stuff to sell so I can pay my fees at the end of the month..

.. Oops I forgot! Can't get used to the fact I don't have to hand over most of me sales money...

You need to become a seller+ lifetime member and then email support@ebid.net with your id, size of t-shirt, adress (so they know where it has to go to). I am now eagerly waiting for mine. And I also need to complain: after sending the request for t-shirt I got a replay just a few hours later!
And the time I am spending chatting here could be much better used doing housework etc
