Empire Ware

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can give me some more information on my Asparagus set.

The mark on the back is Empire Ware, then 6 England 35.

I have looked everywhere and can't find anything like it!! There seems to be very little on the web about it.

I had a look at the dishes and they are beautiful. I was like you, unable to find much about them on Google search, so would think they are not readily available. Which hopefully would translate into worth more.

Hopefully, someone else will come along with more information. This should boost it back to the top where it will be seen.

the pieces you have there date from the 1930's

The Empire Ware manufacturers used to helpfully put the month and year of production on their marks. Your items were made in June 1935.
