Good Google Placement

Just wanted to THANK eBid admin for getting good Google placement of our auctions. This alone is an excellent reason to join up and list, a big plus.

Recently opened up a third store 'selling' baseball cards to the UK ..... a pure experiment and definitely needs some marketing if its got the slightest prayer of doing anything.

But ..... google 'UK Baseball Store' and.....there we are TOP of the pile!

A bit embarrassed when I first saw it .....we only had 20 items in the shop at the time.

I've been noticing that as well. I don't have much in my store as yet, but the few I looked up on google were showing nice and high in the results, and the less common ones were on the first page of results. Nice going guys!!

Yep,gotta give praise to the guys....
Just Googled my 1st store 'the Badge Box' and up it comes TOP of the pileand it quotes my store description 1st(THE place for cool badges)
Only had the store up a few days too so im well happy

Now ive just gotta sell something in the store(lol)

does it matter if the listing is in caps or not?

My listing titles are in caps, and are not showing on google

What is the length of time for your listings as they have to have at least 7 days to run I think it is. Also are they BIN or at least Auction and BIN as auction only is not included in Google.

I been looking on google and found my stuff no trouble. I was on the first second and third pages when searching for 'Spellfire first edition' when I last looked.

me too..on a whim googled my store name....there i was......but i don't have my best stuff up yet and want to clone myself as to list more more more. I don't know about any of you but i've just got this "feeling" about eBid. Haven't sold a thing but have this drive to list all I can before the crowd rushes in.

If I could suggest getting some feedback from here rather than relying on the imported stuff, perhaps buy a few things.
