I used to love Enid Blyton books wen I was little, the Faraway Tree and the Secret Seven were my favs

I'm just finishing The Full Cupboard of Life by Alexander McCall Smith, from the No. 1 Ladies' Detective series. I like his story-telling, makes it seem effortless.
