I've recently finished Flight of the Nighthawks by Raymond E Feist, which I bought on here.
I fancied something a little different so I've just started The Apothecary Rose by Candace Robb, I've got the next two in the Owen Archer Mystery series as well. I haven't had the opportunity to read much the last couple of days so haven't got too far into it yet, but seems OK. Has anyone else read these? What do you think of them?
    Gothicina.

I'm still reading the Heyer - it's a good book but it's *really* small print.

I love the new paperbackcovers so have updated the Heyers I want in the larger format - the old ones were 35 years old (and my daughter still has them). Still having a job parting with books!!!

I have just finished Heyer's April Lady. Am about to start my first Reginald Hill - A pinch of snuff. I hope I shall like it

Reg Hill is brilliant. Have you tried the early Robert Barnard books?
