Any particular reason? Why close at this particular time, when ebay is imploding?
Just asking...
I am not sure why they are closing maybe they think that there is not enough sellers on the UK market. Stange because before I discovered ebid I used to think that QXL was 2nd to ebay and was a big company similar to amazon and ebay. I know that (this is a long time ago) freeserve auctions were taken over a sister company with links to ebay and of course were forced to close.
Their just closing in the UK, seems they were taken over last year and are now owned by a South African company.
