there is a listing category for 'womens' fiction (or women's books), but I find I can't do a search for it, just fiction books -perhaps I'm doing it wrong?

Try Buy, then Books, then Fiction, then Women's Fiction that brings up 3559 results at the mement.

I suggest you change the category

Books : Nonfiction : Antiques

to

Books : Nonfiction : Antiques & Collectibles [or Collectables]
