I've just been reading your review of ebid.net and I couldn't find the date it was written.

I suspect it is seriously out of date, as bronze, silver etc. no longer exist. Memberships are now "buyer", "seller" or "seller+".

I've been a UK member for almost a year now and I have never experienced ebids' customer service as you portray it.

Perhaps you could do them the courtesy of a second visit / review...........please.

Yeah, but did you see, they read the bit about how you wouldn't get a response if the question was already answered on the FAQ or forums and deliberately asked a question that was.

Then they complain because the customer service did exactly what the page said and didn't answer.

It was generally quite a good review apart from that strong comment maybe if they had explained why their were problems with the service it would have been more useful. I have every confidence that feebay and paypoo are fantastic at awful customer service.
