We don't have a second level subcat named "Embroidery" so I cant follow it thru...

In fact, we already have a bit of a problem in that there are two second level cats - "Sewing and Embroidery" & "Needlework" which overlap rather! However, in lieu of a total reorganisation, perhaps Crafts & Sewing : Sewing & Machine Embroidery : Patterns > Embroidery

could be split into machine & hand?
