Got 2 loads of washing dry today - brilliant sunshine, but a cold wind until about half an hour ago. Just had a really heavy hail shower complete with a rumble of thunder and a short powercut.

If you'd like to experience the romance first hand, we could swap houses next winter, say December thru March?! Wisconsin is such a romantic state...

Or how 'bout Michigan. We get their weather, just a day later and much wetter because of the lake effect! And, it's always windy it seems.

In the spring our days can start below freezing with snow, and by mid afternoon be above 70 degrees (F) and beautiful sunshine and end the day with rain mixed with snow along with a lovely lightning & thunder show.

Mother Nature teased us yesterday with a beautiful spring day, albeit cold. Now we're supposed to get 6-8 inches of snow this weekend (some places more) beginning tonight.

The weather here can't seem to make it's mind up, one moment I have to draw the curtain so I can see the monitor, next it's dark and lashing down with rain, must be about the third time this afternoon.

raining again, with spots of snow in it. The winds up...black clouds are moving really fast across the evening sky...it must be hellish windy up there.

We started with a bit of sun but now (09.18) there is complete cloud cover though the sky is quite bright.
