What a storm!
Only rain a 1/2 inch rain, but lots and lots of lightning and thunder.
You could turn around before more lightning would flash.
Quick unplugged computer and phone.

After the storm, there was a mild wind and I was able to take another 100 pictures of more items.

Working on the computer when I was startled by a spider.
I haven't seen any wolf spiders in the house for quite a while and this one blended in the darker desk top. I was about the size of a 50 cent piece while walking. Not a happy camper that he got away.

A bundle of yarn arrived in the mail today so I can get on and finish crocheting the blanket I am making for our bed.

I have tried to get through to the district nurses, tried to get through to our doctors, even tried to get through to the heart specialists that treated mike and cant get through to anyone about mikes legs, I am fuming, I am getting no help and just want the correct advice from someone with a brain

I finally got through to our surgery and after a fight with the receptionist and hanging up on her they rang back to say they will get our GP to ring me later, I told her i had had enough of this i could hardly walk myself and i cant do this anymore that i have had enough if he doesnt ring i will call 111 or whatever the number is in Wales.

Ahem, cough, cough, had better admit I lost one little one the other day and had one non payer but apart from that it has been deathly quiet. My rifle will be going rusty at this rate. I hope there is some battle action soon as I have to start shifting stuff from my quarters for when I have to relocate to the Cornish barracks otherwise the local charity shop will be getting even more of my stuff coming their way !

Buttons am so sorry you are having problems again hope Mike will be okay. it seems a lot of time when people ring 111 they then get told to ring GP's, they all seem to avoid talking to people.

Well I rang surgery to see when Flu jabs are starting & in fact we are having ours on 18th at 3 minuets past 12, apparrantly Somer has to have a different on because he is under 65, so we can have it at same time but different nurse they are doing a Saturday Clinic. could have had 9.15 if wanted but to early for Somer. Have you thought about flu jabs Buttons.

Police you are so busy where do you get your energy from, Did quiet a few jobs in MIL garden over Monday & Tuesday, there always is so much to do there, need to chase Gardener to get some extra bits done as MIL has found photo of how one of her beds looked like & wants it back like that,. I wish him luck.

yes the nurses normally come to do our jabs and we normally get contacted from the surgery first, Maple.
Sarge the GP rang and is sending a note to the DN's to come or phone me at the very least, the problem as I see it these days you get that many different docs and nurses all telling you different you end up not knowing if you are coming or going in the end, the heart specialist said to keep compressions on the head nurse at the surgery said not to as he could end up loosing a leg and i am in the middle scratching my head thinking make a cup of tea why dont you.
Oh and if anyone gets deleted from and of my facebook groups it's because i am closing all the jewellery and button groups and have given it all to the school for their Christmas fayre and craft classes, just so you dont think I am trying to get rid of you all, keeping the irregulars groups though.
