Thread: Over half a million auctions at last!!!!

Oh lol, poor Private Buttons, I guess I can safely pass the potato peeler to Private Mcc2 then as you won't be needing it !

Just about finished my packing apart from the few last minute items. So looking forward to getting away from all this again as have had more stress today, this time about bank accounts ! It will be so lovely to see the Cadet tomorrow after so many months, I just wish the oldest Cadet could be there too. Now I don't want to hear about any sales malarky while I am gone especially as my listings seem to have had an invisibility cloak over them for the last week (sob) I expect you all to be poised and ready for action.

Morning all - blimey, no-one up yet?? I've already listed a whole 8 new items this morning (how keen am I!) Time now for my second cuppa - kettle's on if you want to join me...

Ha! Just listed 20 items and only when I finished I realised they were all listed in the wrong category.... Thank goodness for bulk edit! Think I must have started work too early this morning...

Strange day after a blustery night and more stormy weather to come. Just glad we don't live on the coast.

No losses to report and relists all done so back to getting rid of paperwork as it's collection day tomorrow.

Glad I could be of help, Pam and hope your friend gets sorted out.

May even go and have a nap before too long

well if you open the back door here annie you get a free face lift,
Maple I dont think there will be any green ones left on the plants by tonight.
We managed to get to Mikes physio appointment and back before the weather went wild, he said if he hadnt had gone now that he would have lost the use of one leg as the muscle has almost gone, he did some stuff with a machine and told him to do some leg raises from the knee and he is to go back on the 4th sept for treatment on it and on elbow, mike did walk back down to the house better and said even the bit he did on the assessment has made it a lot more comfortable

Buttons - so glad to hear Mike's good results!! That will be a good incentive to keep going! Good wishes to him!

I had a loss today - a big limb came off my favorite gorgeous beech tree out back today, and lots of branches in the drive up from the road. Himself and the chainsaw will be busy later in the week.

Hope you all stay safe from flooding and wayward trees!
    Ta-Ta for now!

At least the wind has died down at last and the sun is shining.

Stuff out in the garden seems to have survived yesterday's carnage. Very surprised that the patio table & brolly are still standing!

Slowly getting ready for the weekend's invasion; it's the state of the kitchen on Sunday after himself has made all the food that bothers me most as it appears we're not doing a BBQ after all as originally planned.

Got a bit more listing to do, so better get on with things.

Kettle's on - again and there's fresh bread for toast.

Grey and overcast out there which is quite a change from yesterday.

Relists all done and hope to get some more photos done for new listings later today.

Take care all and speak later.

Thanks Anne was ready for a coffee,

Have been doing the relists, & every so often instead of being able to do 59 it started doing them in 4's which when you have over 300 seems to take a long time. moan over

Well was fine to start the day, but now have rain, which looks set in. Hope Sgt is still managing to enjoy her trip despite the weather.

Hi, everyone. It's been dumping rain all day, but at least the wind has died down. Now the gof is coming in. I got a used book, recommended by my sister, and will start in on it this week. Haven't been reading as much as I used to. Right now am making some doll clothes for my granddaughter.

I hope you are all well and keeping dry and busy!
