My left foot has swollen up like a balloon, (I ruptured a tendon several years ago) and it has been throbbing and aching, especially during the night.
Last night, I plastered the cream over my foot and back of my neck, which has also been causing me much pain recently, and it really eased it.
Had a better nights sleep than I have had for ages.

Hello your Majesty I am planning to move back into Lincoln or a village just on the outskirts, all my family and friends live there and it's where I was born and lived for most of my life, I only moved into rural surroundings as it was cheaper in one respect and I was able to get a good night's sleep enabling me to function properly at work, now at 66 driving the 40 mile round trip to do my supermarket shop etc and see family and friends once a week is taking it's toll, also due to lack of public transport should there come a day when I can no longer drive I would be totally isolated.

Hi Sarge glad to hear you are taking a break, have a lovely relaxing time.

Also since moving out of Lincoln I miss hearing 'the bells the bells' from the Cathedral see how this isolation is affecting me.😫😫

Good morning one and all - it was lovely and sunny when we got up but now big black clouds have moved in

On the homeward straight now to do the washing, collect the post and find the parcel that should've been delivered before we left home last week.

Then off to Pembrokeshire next week to a campsite on a vineyard! Should be interesting

But first a mug of tea before we finish packing up to set off home.

Sgt we both hope you have a good trip to Cornwall, make the most of it, hopefully the weather will be good, hope you will manage to bring back your finds okay.

Washing machine's on it's 2nd load and himself has gone to do a foodshop and post a very small package for me.

Apart from that it's checking what needs replenishing in the MH ready for next week and writing our campsite reviews - and putting out the re-cycling boxes for tomorrow's collection.
So may get some new listings up.....in between times and experimenting again with Facebook Marketplace with eBid links.
