Morning - lovely and sunny here in Mid Wales. Just hope the biting wind from yesterday has died down and we can sit outside without freezing!

Washing machine is working it's magic and I'm playing around with my charity store re-arranging things.

Another one slipped out under the wire overnight to a newbie but already replaced with a few more.

So far we've managed to avoid the virus. Unconfirmed reports say there are 1-2 cases in town but the Health Board won't list individual areas, only Powys as a whole.

Time for another mug of tea.

Good morning all, some how every thing doesn't feel as bad this morning, mind you somer has sold 2, so will have to go to PO, will also do the bit of shopping I want there to avoid the supermarket.

Tis good Sgt when you can start clearing the garden, only problem is where do we keep it all, must admit before the lock down bought some polyanthus, & have manage to put them in so there is a bit of colour in the garden

amazing how now no one uses there cars petrol is down again.

Ello troops. Lovely weather out on the parade ground. I need to go to the P.O. but I will wait until later as I think they have a food delivery arriving today, which usually happens around lunchtime, and they will close the shop when that happens.

    Tut, I've just had two
bombs in disguise dropped and the cheek of it they are from someone that pinched a listing from me on another site. I can't imagine how they found out about eBid ?! There must have been some careless talk from somewhere !

The good thing is that they are muttering about selling here, now that they know about eBid.

You are right about the garden Lieutenant Maplegin, the pile of waste at the bottom of mine is growing daily and I still have tons of the holly tree to get rid of too.

Morning one and all - kettle's hot and I'm on my 2nd mug of tea already

it's a lovely sunny morning again so what's got to be done today apart from wrapping parcels?
I'm looking for stuff that's need washing/freshening up after the winter e.g. a certain someone's dressing gown and fleece jacket!
The sleeping bags in the MH will have to wait until the laundry is open again so will have to make do with being aired in the sunshine.
Then's there's my planters to finish tidying up - will leave the flower beds until after the Grannie's Bonnets have finished flowering as they need seriously thinning out and I don't want to lose the pink & cream ones.

    Have all a good day.

Ello troops. You wouldn't like to do some of my ironing while you are about it would you Private Mcc2 ? I did wash a couple of my sofa cushion covers yesterday so making a half hearted attempt to do some things that need doing !
Just had a phone call from the youngest cadet and been chatting to cousin on WhatsApp so that has given me some cheer for the day.

Don't do ironing as I can barely hold the iron! Arthritis don't you know in hands and wrists.

I don't do very much ironing either, I hang everything up on coat hangers when it's been blown on the line or tumbled.
I used to iron JR's shirts but since he no longer works at the RBL club since the virus outbreak, there is no need, lol!
Must be horrible having arthritis in your hands and wrists Annie, hope that it isn't too painful for you to do all the necessary things.

Well, seeing as it's the sarge's birthday - we should all do a virtual toast and salute her, as under the circumstances we cannot celebrate in the mess.
