Morning - another busy day today sorting out the Old Sailor's house so no hospital visiting.

At least his landlord is being very understanding and sympathetic about things.

    Speak later.

Hi Annie , thank you for the necklace, from YDC, hope Dad will settle down in the home okay, hope you are able to clear his flat out.

Well they keep giving advise about what to do about this virus, people complaining about Crufts still being on.

Sorry somer has lost 1 again.

Ello troops. Corporal Somerset what are you playing at ?! Potato peeler has been dispatched to your quarters !

Still haven't summoned up enough energy to get into town but the postage editing is coming along so I hope to have it all done before the changes and I'm off on leave.

Morning one and all - just remind me that I can ,manage quite well on my own when sorting out the Old Sailor's effects.

Spent yesterday running ragged getting out of himself's way, picking up stuff he's dropped/unpacked and not re-packed, putting stuff back in boxes.....

Didn't even get to make a start on the wardrobe because of all this! BUT the local Phoenix Furniture people are calling in to see what they can take and all the NHS equipment is being collected Monday.
Loads of stuff to put up for sale as well on local Facebook groups now I have the photos. Anyone for a fridge-freezer, a brand new table-top cooker, electric fire, goose feather & down duvet, etc.etc.

    Speak later.

Ello troops. I remember that experience so well Private Mcc2. I think the British Heart Foundation took some of the electrical stuff and luckily we managed to get some of the Old Soldier's neighbours to have some of the furniture. The Cornish hospice shop did very well as they got car loads of stuff !

Now where is Private Kite ? I'm in need of several cups of 'special' coffee before I tackle more postage editing !
