Absolutely stuffed after a lovely roast turkey dinner - so much so that pudding is being held over until tomorrow!

TV is cr-p tonight apart from 'The Tiger Who Came to Tea' so listening to music and chatting and trying not to fall asleep!

Our Christmas sounds a lot like your one.

Morning one and all - tea is made + there are oranges for juicing and fresh bread for toasting, etc.

My sinuses are really playing up this morning - I'm streaming now and also have slight ear ache and I'm sneezing .....

Himself has decided that we should start using the breadmaker again - if we can find it in the glory hole that's the understairs cupboard! So that's my job for today.

Time for naother mug of tea.

Mornin' troops still sitting here in my dressing gown. Don't think I will be getting out on the parade ground today. Had a dreadful night and nose is still streaming. O/H has gone and arranged that the people whose party I missed on Christmas Eve should come up to our local tomorrow evening. That's the last thing I want at the moment, I don't even want to get out of bed let alone another night out before New Years Eve, which I have to organize and do all the cooking for. He really has no sense - or consideration and just expects me to carry on.

He's just said he's going out for a walk and what time is lunch ?! I just glared at him, so he quickly added "or do you want to eat this evening ?".

Stepdaughter complaining about damp patch on the hall wall. I suppose that would have nothing to do with leaving the heating on overnight until 6pm ar 22 degrees instead of our usual 19 degrees then?
