Morning - been watching the rugby and felt it was time to get dressed!

Was raining here 1st thing but now the sun is out and the ground is drying up. Gather things are pretty bad down in Cornwall with trees down and power cuts.

Time for another mug of tea and more rugby.

Morning all, You are right Red its a real fowl morning here, not quiet as bad now rain has stopped but not the wind, the rain felt as though your face was being stabbed with needles. even the fogs seemed happy to come home.

Yes Annie rugby in this house as well, we played well but were out played by a better team, but was odd because a lot of the other team play for English teams

They've recorded gusts of 113mph at Illogan in Cornwall ! I see there has been some power down all over the place and in Teignmouth too where the youngest cadet is. O/H has gone off to collect the new tank from Malmesbury so hope he doesn't come across any fallen trees !

A good day for staying inside and listing so get to it troops !

Can you spare one of those pain killers to go with my 'special' coffee Private Mcc2 ? Weeks ago I pulled a muscle in my left arm which still hasn't healed, it makes it really difficult to hold and drain saucepans, and this morning I have woken up with a stiff neck and it is really painful to turn my head to the right. I don't like this getting old business ! Grrrr what's the point of producing a cadet who is a physio when he goes and moves to Teignmouth and can't sort out your aches and pains !

Good morning. And the chilly damp air makes all the stiffness worse. I hear Phillpot has just gotten out of bed. We had a late night last night at a dinner to commemorate the HMS Monmouth. Lots of nice toasts the Sarge would have had the strength to lift a glass to............................over and over.

Yes the morning weather has improved but have had the sunshine & now the cloud is appearing. but hope stays till after have managed to give the dog his 2nd walk.

Am pleased have managed to catch up on both of our relists, have done a load of scanning Somer is scanning as well, so hopefully we will be doing our part to getting the numbers up. Am now going to do some listing.

Sgt hope the aches improve.
