Mornin' troops. Busy again today, first thing on the list visiting the P.O. for my YDC parcels, (ahem, cough, cough, and another one - hope they don't notice !) .
Hope Private Meebo is getting on alright and that they release her soon. I presume she's still being held captive as haven't heard anything !

Didn't want to get out of bed but needs must...... and as himself was already up and the heating was on, thought I'd check my emails, etc.
VERY annoyed with Hermes with slipping in their price increases when I've just about finished my postage editing.
My mug of tea has arrived.
Got up during the night and stayed up to do stepdaughter's washing as here machine has broken down
Good morning all, hope alls well for Meebo also hope that Buttons hasn't injured herself again
Have managed the relisting this morning,
Am pleased to say having had to go to the hospital for tests on Thursday & Friday, am pleased to say that the consultant said it was a warning & I have to be sensible & go back in 6 weeks to see him, but am on some tablets for life now, take enough as it is.In other words as he said next time mighten be so lucky. No its a moan but has cost us this week £16.50 to park but if had gone by public transport over 3 days would be alot more so it seems the way of the world
Mornin' troops another lovely sunny one.
Glad all went well for you Lieutenant Maplegin despite having to take more tablets. The price of hospital parking is wicked, it's just the same here in Bath. If you are there for a long time it's probably cheaper to get a taxi from where we live !
Off to Cheltenham tomorrow for mother's day and can't wait. It seems ages since I saw the youngest cadet and he says he has some good news to tell us. So I hope they have found new jobs and somewhere to live, preferably not on the other side of the world !
Right I must go and do a holiday warning as off to the Cornish outpost next weekend for a few days break.

staying up all night to keep an eye on Maple all Saturday night then trips to the hospital on Monday, Thursday and Friday has really buggered my Fibro. never mind.... they say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger lol
Morning - and no, it's not 6.56am; it's 7.56 am! I put my desk clock and bedside clock on an hour last night, but still a shock to wake up so late!
Thick fog outside but nice and snug in my little 'office'
Will be putting a holiday notice on my stores this week as we head off to the Costa Blanca next weekend for some warmth and sunshine. Dreading the journey but I have booked wheelchair assistance at the airports because of my back & hip.
Will be posting my YDC parcels later today [or himself will be on his way to Lidl].
But first, another mug of tea.
