Hallo, I am alive and reasonably well. I have a very painful right arm/shoulder and I have come to the conclusion it is something like RSI as I get it if I spend too much time playing with the PC mouse. So I have been very careful today. I will shortly take my book and snuggle down in a comfy chair. Maybe tomorrow the arm will be better. I have an eye test in the morning and I might see about getting a haircut soon, though as it is so cold I might put it off a bit longer to keep my ears warm

Have a cake baking - had to substitute some ingredients, so I hope it works, since it's going to a Tea tomorrow.

Mike has just come back from the eye hospital and they told him his eye has improved and if it carries on improving he may just may be safe to drive again

Good morning! Arm is almost pain free, but I will be very careful when using the PC and as I am having my sight checked I will be away for part of the day anyway. Off to the canteen next for sorting out breakfast. OH has his hospital visit today so he will be away for most of the day. So it'll be a quiet day. I hope everyone will wake refreshed and full of energy. I'll pop back later.
