good morning all,a brighter morning but very chilly have put the washing out hopefully some of it may dry, but always feel its better if its been outside.

Buttons please take it easy, hope OH is enjoting his chair seems so silly when have to put them together.

Sorted relists & will soon do some listing we both did some yesterday.

A glimmer of sunshine on the parade ground today it just makes everything look more cheerful somehow.

O/H has gone and bought a new gas fire, he's crackers he only got the last one a couple of years ago but now says he wants a more efficient one ... why didn't he get one in the first place ?! So now I've got to put up with a gas engineer faffing around making a mess in the living room again. I bet a load of soot will have come down the chimney behind the old one.

So what's on today's 'To Do' list? Still trying to get some decent photographs for new listings; the understairs cupboard still needs sorting; oh, and we're going to an auction viewing for something to do!

Annie don't get carried away if the auction is on today, sometimes have to hold Somers hands down.

Well certainly a cold start again today, hope everyone is okay & not to effected with the frost.

Sarge you will probably have to get your chimney swept before they fit a new one if you have a soot fall, i know we did so as we hardly use it i just bunged a leccy one in.
My leg is still swollen and bruised and sore to touch, darn chair, it would not have been to bad but it's almost bigger than me as the back it very high ( the bit that hit me)

Had it swept before the last one got installed Private Buttons but you can guarantee there will still be some mess from our old Victorian chimney ! We shall see as they always use those smoke bomb thingies.



The gas engineer called yesterday and wants to relocate the gas pipe too which means having to shift a large bookcase and him drilling through the chimney breast. Why is life never simple ?! Still it will look better once it's done.

Nothing to report it seems to have gone quiet again on the battle front.

I've got the gas engineer coming here for the annual gas boiler inspection.

That's due to happen Monday afternoon so on Monday morning I will be doing my annual de-clutter of the kitchen

I have my first appointment with a cardiologist on Wednesday next week. I have only waited nearly 3 years for this appointment
