Ello troops. O.K. which of you 'lazy gits' was meant to be on guard duty last night when I was doing the VERY important job of checking stock levels in the mess ?(she said looking desperately around for someone to blame !)
I seem to have mislaid three items last night and one has gone to the USA ! So I've had to spend the morning packing parcels and going to the post office, a terrible tragedy.



I had a blast from the past though in the P.O. as somebody tapped me on the shoulder and said "Excuse me but do you have a son called Huw?". Blow me down if it wasn't the mother of one of his old primary school friends who I haven't seen for 20 years ! Lol, she also used to be a potter at Walcot Pottery in Bath so I was able to tell her I've got a couple of her items for sale on eBid !

I just noticed that I have not visited here today. Well, we did have a lovely sunny day and I blame that to give me more energy. So after a very short siesta I had a long soak in the bath - can't remember the last time I had a bath, it's usually a shower, far more efficient. I need to transfer information in to my new diary. I have so many bits of paper on my desk. So that is the next job. I aim to be here bright and early tomorrow. Have a pleasant evening
