I quit smoking on the 18th

went for tomorrows dinner at 9am. there was plenty parking and the shops weren't too busy yet. hope all are feeling a bit more able to face the world and congratulations to you buttons on your new car. off to do some knitting now till my fingers get sore again. (Managed 6 rows yesterday).

I have my parcels, i have been for a drive in my car, it drove very nicely but it took us almost or over 1/2 an hour to get the dash board lights off I had to keep restarting it because it kept telling me too as it's battery was very low and to start engine now, i have now got it off but no idea what i did to get it off. I am not going out again until my Renault Mechanic has given me driving lessons.

I am home, even managed some shopping and I am back on the pills. Next appointment is Monday. Bye, bye taste buds. Might just have a chocolate evening

Morning one and all. Considering we don't have any young children in the house, himself has been up since 5.30am! And the turkey doesn't need to go in the oven just yet either.

I see quite a few bedroom lights are on in the houses around us where there are children

Good morning! I was up at 4 and forgot to report in. And all because I didn't want to wake anyone!. Buttons, I did enjoy the chocolate yesterday, thank you. Outside it is dark, misty and damp. The perfect day for curling up with a book (and falling asleep)

I hope the children in Private Meebo's street managed to find some chocolate left in their Christmas stockings this morning and that Lieutenant Maplegin and Corporal Somerset manage to track down their Christmas dinner.
