Morning - a tad frosty out there as all the cars out in the Close are white over.

And as I have to pop out later, I'll need to defrost my little car first .......

Himself is counting down the days until retirement - think we're on day 36. I know he's looking forward to NOT having to get up on cold, frosty mornings!

Back to sorting, de-listing and filling boxes for the Sally Army Christmas Appeal.

Had yet another painful evening yesterday and getting really fed up with it. Think I will be keeping to liquids today and tomorrow as don't want to be suffering when I go to see the Cadets at the weekend.

Looks like next week you will have to get your thermal underwear out of mothballs to wear on guard duty according to the weather forecast.

Sgt sorted the thermals the other day when it was cold & it warmed up bet it won't do that this time..

Have just caught up with the relists, thank goodness,

Meebo hope doesn't take to long for the results coming through, & that Sgt ewon't have to long to wait,but glad you can manage on a liquid diet

Good morning! Time to put the kettle on and see what we can have to eat. I did remember to soak some prunes for OH and I have a variety of bread and jam / marmalade. I think it is time to make a new batch of the latter. Maybe with added Glühwein. Right, time to make a move towards the canteen. See you later

I see we're back to rain instead of frost although the forecast isn't brilliant for the next few days.

Still more sorting out to do for the Sally Army Xmas Appeal - hope to get it done today and all boxed up to take down next week.
Then back to scanning and listing - hopefully.

Hard to believe that we got married 44 years ago today in my village church - you get less for murder these days!

Grrrr just had a bomb in disguise dropped but it's from Indonesia so not sure if it will explode or not ... I shall have to wait and see.

Right must start thinking about getting packed for my sortie to Cheltenham tomorrow.

Good morning! I hope everyone is rested and ready to list. I really must see if I can get the printer to work properly. OH is out for the day, so no reason why I can't sit on the floor and do some printer cleaning. Then there is some sewing to finish - 3 items of clothing with minor repairs, one top to add the neck facing, and a headless teddy to stop being headless. This is all doable in the next 12 hours, and I have good intentions. I'll tell you tomorrow if I got it all done. Breakfast is ready (I had mine)

I wish I was as organised as you Meebo. I too have had breakfast and I really have to tigy my desk. It is covered in things to photograph for ydc. If i manage that i'll consider the day a success.

Mornin' troops. Nearly packed, just got to load some more of the youngest cadet's boxes that are still sitting in my quarters since he left. I shall be glad to get them shifted.
