Glad you caught up with your cadet & his wife, I agree its not the time for flimsy clothes, wouldn't have fancied that.

We went quickly 1st thing yesterday to a car boot, somer bought 4 vidio's but I didn't buy anything

Did do relistings yesterday & have started listing again, hope to do some more this afternoon.

good morning! I thought I'll better report before going to the canteen. I will be out most of the day as I am going to the Marsden for a blood test. I don't know why it can't be done here, but that's what I have been told. Anyway, I am ready for a nice pot of tea and maybe have toast and marmalade, but I just thought about a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. (I must be hungry) I don't know if I'll get a chance to pop in later, otherwise it will be tomorrow. Have a good day

Morning - it's white over outside after a hard frost. Brrrrrr, it looks cold.

As all YDC parcels were dispatched yesterday, I don't think I'm going anywhere today apart from checking on the Old Sailor.
Maybe get a few new listings up to bolster numbers but I have to re-do the photographs 1st.

Hope Meebo they can do the blood test okay. its the travelling that at time seems so causing such a problem.

We had a heavy frost last night & seemed to hang around this morning.

Well I had a blast from the past last night. I went to the eBid home page (just to check that none of our precious listings were being sold of course !) and spotted an autographed photo of someone I used to know as a teenager ! It was child actor Martin Stephens who ended up marrying my brother's ex-girlfriend at the time when he lived in Cornwall and then they moved to Portugal. Item 130079140 - I think that film 'The Innocents' is still creepy even today !

I really had better get my kit bag out of the cupboard today and start packing for my sortie to the Cornish outpost tomorrow. It's just so tempting to sit huddled by the heater though !

I think I am on top of the YDC tally. When I am less tired in the morning I will do some adding. I just remembered I need to check something there....Phew, that appears to be ok. I am so tired tonight from the trip to the hospital. 1½ hours there, ½ hour finding the department and waiting, 5 minutes to take the blood, 1½ hours home. Next week I have to be there at 7.30, I'll probably have to leave about 6 as I have no idea where I will need to go. It is an old and quite complicated building especially if you don't know where you have to go. I will retire shortly, so behave . See you in the morning
