I am back. I love the x-ray pic, sarge. Sadly they did find something. 2 years ago they discovered a small lump on one of my kidneys and it has suddenly grown. I also have now a lump on one of my lungs. So on Thursday I will be discussed and probably have a biopsy in the not too distant future to determine what sort of lumps they are. After that, treatment of some sort. It's wait and see time. So I shall be seeing a bit more of the inside of the Royal Marsden by the looks of things. I am now going to have a siesta. See you later

Oh booger ! Couldn't you have been content with just a few gall stones and have done with it ?! Let's hope the lumps are not caused by anything serious this time.

Thank you for your concern. Now a change of topic: did I mention the piece of fabric son gave me with the request to make him a tie? That was 20+ years ago. I made it yesterday and I am pleased the way it turned out

Good morning, folks. Nothing to report. I shall be in the canteen shortly as we opened a bottle of wine last night and I have the need of a very large pot of tea this morning. After that it would be good if I cleared the debris from last nights meal. The dishwasher will prove to be very useful. Had I done it last night, there would have been a few breakages, I think. After that I will go back to to a bit more sewing. There are several unfinished projects. It'll be good to get those done. See you later

Morning - it's cold and the heating's on to warm things up a bit.

Himself has gone back to work with a nasty cough picked up at the weekend in Huddersfield. Kept him - and me - awake for most of the night. Just hope I don't get it.

Came home to find the Vets' final bill for Badge - must get that settled this morning + we need more milk and bread.
