Ello troops. Someone has shared some nice photos of the party Lieutenant Maplegin, mainly of the afternoon children's events. I must make myself tackle the Mount Everest ironing basket today even though I would rather be in the garden. The cadet has his dentist appointment this afternoon so that will give me a couple of hours spare.



I did manage to list a couple more yesterday and will try and do the same today.

Billy's 8 year old daughter (Nicola) is spending the day with me and her dad today. This is the first time this has happened since she was about 18 months old so Billy is dead excited

Neither of her parents can take care of her full time so she lives as part of the family of an old friend and has a wonderful life

Morning troops. How lovely for Billy to be able to see his daughter at long last Private Moon I hope it all goes well.

The cadet departs today, sob, sniff, but hopefully I will see both of them again soon for their birthdays in the Autumn.

The ironing basket is still teetering on the brink. O/H suddenly arranged a tutoring session yesterday afternoon so I couldn't use my kitchen and I made the fatal mistake of going in the garden and then didn't want to come in again !



I did manage to do a couple more listings though so I did my duty !
