There's some online choices though for Seniors = from "taster" quarter hour to a full blown 54 minutes.
Here's one on youtube =

Well a little overcast here but not to bad can still have windows open while we are in the lounge so thats good. Yes Meebo can't beleive its September where has this year gone.
Sgt hope you enjoy having the cadets home.
Ello troops had a good night out with the cadets last night ( I would appreciate you typing quietly !)
Now I've got to muster enough strength for today's street party ... it's a hard life but needs must ! Caught the infiltrator yesterday, tut I even offered a bribe of tea or coffee, but she still managed to leg it with my item. I did manage to list another couple to make up for it.

Good morning! I thought I'll better report in before doing canteen duty as the rest of the day will be quite hectic. We are having visitors come for tea and the ones that are still sleeping in various parts of the house are leaving this evening. Barney needs to be delivered to his holiday home and at some point we need to pack. I have to sew a hem on a dress (provided I picked up the right colour thread) It's a good thing we are not leaving til Tuesday even if it is in the very early hours (the ferry leaves at 4 am) I promised to make waffles for breakfast today, and as using the mixer is rather noisy I will attempt to do the mixing just with a wooden spoon! I think I may not be around much today
Think something is wrong with my bedside clock - I thought it said 7.45am when I woke up, so got up, etc. only to find it was an hour fast!
This has happened before - I'm pressing/catching the wrong button when I switch it off at night.
Got 3 YDC listings up last night as won't be around when YDC169 begins.
Time for another mug of tea to recover!
Ello troops, well the street party went well, caught up with old neighbours that I rarely see due to them being at work and met some new people so it was very sociable.
Lol, O/H's water rockets for the kids was a bit of a disaster. The first child sent a rocket up and it must have gone up about 50 meters but unfortunately it took the pump adapter with it. Everybody was searching the gardens where it might have come down to no avail so that was the end of his rockets !
Youngest cadet has just departed so just one left now, sniff, sob. He goes back on Tuesday.

Morning from a rather damp and cold Mid Wales - the kettle is hot and there's fresh bread for toasting + a new jar of 3 Fruit marmalade
Didn't really want to get out of bed as I was nice and warm but Badge was skittering around downstairs so had to move quickly.....
Tidy up day today + start doing long overdue PC backups between times.
But first another mug of tea.....
Billy is off out again today to meet up with an old army buddy for coffee.
So...I have some meditation to do and chair yoga for seniors
Morning all, have caught up on the relists.
Hope everyine that is off on holiday have a safe journey.
Glad Sgt you enjoyed the party , & you manage to do some catching up.
So far it seems a nice day I am certainly feeling it warm in here today
