You would think it would put the fear of God into them but one brazenly walked into my store this morning (must have been when I was on cat feeding duty) and made off with another of my precious listings ! Even the bank holiday didn't deter them !

Well its wet started while out with the dog but at least didn't get to wet they are forecasting 8 hours of heavy rain for Somerset, so will see what happens simer has just said rainning well, we were going to car boot today to have a look around but weather put us off & tomorrow suppose to be the big carboot that normaly can get somer up early but don't think will be fit for it unless stops very quickly.

Have caught up on the relists again, & did manage to list a few yesterday,

Hope the weather doesn't spoil everyones weekend.

It was a wet day on the parade ground, a very wet day !



One of the cats didn't want to go out this morning because of the rain but I didn't want to leave him in all day as don't know what time his owner is getting back, it might not be until the evening. So I was hissed at and had an attempted clawing but managed to get him out at umbrella's length !!! I need that cat to guard my shops he's a fierce little bu**er when he doesn't want to do something !

Got someone coming round from a window firm this afternoon as I need two replacement window's in my quarters and a back door. We had a quote from another firm and they really do try it on these sales people. Trying to get us to sign on the dotted line there and then, they brought down their original quote to about half the price he first told us. It's all this flannel about "oh I'll just phone the office to see if they will lower the price a bit more for you" I'm afraid it doesn't impress me - just give me a realistic price in the first place !!!

It's raining here too. Tomorrow we have a car boot sale planned and then we can empty the truck and get it packed for Germany. You can tell I have a long shopping list Barney is meeting his holiday carers this afternoon. I am sure he'll be spoilt while we are away. I think I'll better get myself showered and dressed.....
