A quick good morning before going to the canteen. Very cloudy this morning, maybe not so very warm. It's a busy, busy day.

Much cooler this morning with a light breeze + clouds moving in. OK as long as it doesn't turn humid like yesterday.

Muggins here has to clear a load of rocks and bricks that himself dug out of the flowerbed - no wonder the earth was so dry and I kept losing so many plants with a base of builder's rubble and rubbish - and frogs!

At least I've got somewhere to use the home-made compost now.

Time for a mug of tea.

At the moment I am working my way through the relists. And so far they all have escaped the postage editing. I can't understand it as I am sure I did everything. Well, we better move on..

Ello troops. Did a dash to the post office with my last YDC parcel and I'm now hot. Went out for a tipple with the family last night, very pleasant sitting in the evening sun.

Not much planned for today other than catching up with all the bedding washing from us and when my brother stayed. I will try and get some more photos done too.

Well done Private Mcc2 on your special award from HQ !

I don't know what's going on. We delivered a small plate I sold on TOS to Chessington. It was so slow I might have been faster walking (in my younger and fitter days) I expect everyone wanted to get the shopping done before the next match started. Now I need to clean the kitchen, although I feel much too hot. On second thoughts, I will do it later

Afternoon all, well was a breeze this morning but it didn't stay cool, we have spent part of the day gardening at MILs & trying to get her to eat & drink she only had a couple of mouth fulls & said will have later, so hope she will. The garden is a pain but at least Nigel has managed to cut back what was need ed to be & then I had to clear it up last weekend we did it both days but this one is only one as its getting so hot. Also after that Nigel again start on his dads office, had only been touch by us over the last 2 years, so N is painstakingly going through everything & also putting all the photos from the computer, on to Discs.

Hope every one is coping with the heat. our relists are now done.

Good morning. I can see blue cloudless sky again and today is going to be busy, as we are having visitors later and I promised them and English afternoon tea. And as we are out for a while after lunch I shall have to prep everything this morning. At least lunch is made - a clod almond and garlic soup with a chunk of baguette. But first I need to make tea and coffee and put my holiday notice up or I will forget that. Have a good day

Morning - it's going to be another hot one.

Not much happening today, I hope, so can try and stay cool.

But first breakfast and another mug of tea.

Good morning all well we went to the carboot at half 8 but didn't stay there long but did manage to catch up with whats on around but think its even to hot for a lot of carbooters, & learn that there is an evening one on Friday so will see how we are feeling.

Was very blue sky walking rex but now very overcast they tell us thunder & rain due lets hope once the washings dry we might get rain instead of watering the garden
