No. You may keep lists for personel use without breaking this new law.
However I have just found this "From 25 May 2018, the Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018 requires every organisation or sole trader who processes personal information to pay a data protection fee to the ICO, unless they are exempt."
You can find out if you are exempt her: https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations...lf-assessment/
I just hope they concentrate on major organisations and leave sole traders alone.
Morning! Breakfast is served
Morning all - didn't want to get up but needs must.
Might be packing some parcels later so must go over to TwitFace and plug last few hours of the YDC.
But first another mug of tea.
Mornin' troops. Exhausted after yesterday but a great concert. The rain held off and by the time we got down there it was boiling hot so I spent the first couple of hours melting ! Midge Ure was great he still has a fab voice, eek, I was just thinking it's about 36 years since I last saw him with Ultravox ! Imelda May was also good but what really surprised me was Robert Plant. I went not really bothered about seeing him but the music he is producing today was fantastic and he had some great musicians with him. He only did one old Led Zeppelin track right at the end.
I could have done with a lie in this morning but O/H had a student booked in at our house early this morning so I got up but then she emailed saying she didn't realize the trains were less frequent on a bank holiday coming from Oxford and won't be here until 11.00 - so I'm not a happy bunny !
Right had better go and see what is happening with the YDC battles.

I am trying to do my YDC parcels up with a stiff neck, jaw, shoulder, arm, i cant turn my head so am swiveling round on a chair as if I have a bolt through my neck every time i have to reach something.
afternoon all well, we were up part of Saturday night with our neighbour who is terrified of thunder & lightening, so didn't get much sleep,
we didn't go to car boot which we normally wood as there has been so much rain & also we were both full of aches, & pains, think I should have done less in the garden, didn't think had done much.
Have caught up on relists.
Sgt glad you enjoyed the concert, hope you will have an easy day today.
Hope everyone manages to not get caught up rain & thunder for the rest of the day, they are forecasting it around 4pm.
