I'm on cat feeding duty again for the neighbours but at least they are both being well behaved this time and I managed to get them both in last night.

Went to a pub in Bath last night and then dropped into our local on the way home. They actually had a live singer along with disco lights. ​Crikey, I felt I had forgotten to bring my ecstasy tablets !!! It's the first time they have had live music in our local for about four years.

Nice to have a glimmer of sun on the parade ground today before the rain comes back this evening.

Thick fog and snow Looks hortible and damp out there...

Tea is made and there's bread for toast + muesli.

Hope to finish the postage editing today if I don't keep being interrupted like yesterday.

Mornin' troops. Where oh where is spring ? Blerdy 'orrible out there on the parade ground again. I had to boot the neighbour's cats out this morning as they were reluctant to go out and they headed straight for the greenhouse at the bottom of the garden ... can't say I blame them !



At least O/H is teaching today and all this week at an Easter school at Bath Spa University so I've got a bit of peace during the day until I head to Cornwall on Friday.

O/H did a teaching practice in Looe when he was a student many moons ago ! Lol, Looe was considered 'up north' from where I lived Private Wicca and Plymouth was that strange foreign city where you went on Christmas shopping trips !

I was born and bred in that 'strange foreign city' and lived there until I was 23. We then moved to St Austell for nine years. OH was an insurance inspector and Looe was part of his 'patch'. I used to accompany him there and treat myself to an ice-cream cornet with clotted cream from Martins Dairy. Looe was then a lovely little place with lots of antique shops. It is now horribly commercialised and disappointing to return to.
Mind you, we are going back fifty odd years
