So far it is dry here. Have been doing bits and pieces including breakfast. Now I need to have a shower and get dressed. It is quite cold I think. I have some photos to take and still lots of postage editing to do, but it'll happen within the next 12 months . Have a happy day

morning all, Well its just drizzle rather than the heavy rain we had yesterday

Have caught up on the relists ready for when somer opens the stores again, Will be glad when we can have the funeral on Tuesday. & then at least we can get back to a little normality mind you the Wednesday we have to go & sort Halifax account he had & the following Wednesday its the Bank, & just plodding through everything, Must admitt the council are the only ones who have responded quickly to the paper work, So no doubt will end up having to pay back as we tried to stop the pension straight away & they haven't even acknoledge the letter. lets hope they sort it soon.

Ello troops. I know the feeling Lieutenant Maplegin. I was so relieved when I could stop rushing around to banks, building societies and solicitors when the Old Soldier went. I remember that stress so well, I can't believe it was two years ago on the 2nd April !

Rain, rain and more rain here in Bath and they say we might see snow again on Monday. It's soooo dreary at the moment. I hope it clears up by the end of the week for my sortie to the Cornish outpost.

I have been asleep almost all afternoon till 7.30 after my effort of moving stuff yesterday only to find this morning that the bedroom has to be completely cleared and they will be putting akrows ( cant spell that but its sort of adjustable scaffold poles) on my mahogany parquet floor to hold the bedroom floor up, i went into deep depression after the instructions dropped through the letterbox after lunch.

Good morning. Oh, buttons, I wonder if you can persuade them to put those supports on bits of old carpet to protect the floor. I have been up for an hour and tea and coffee are made. It is getting light outside and it looks very cloudy. I am hoping for a quiet day, but usually something happens to prevent that. Tomorrow we will be leaving very early for Bournemouth to visit daughter so I don't think I'll be reporting in . Have a pleasant day everyone
