I have heard tonight that my sister who has had both her legs amputated is doing well and is in good spirits - what a true and brave soldier she is sarge.

My grandmother had a leg amputated Private Tropical so I understand a little of what she must be going through. To have to lose two must be terrible, she is certainly being very brave and I'm so pleased she is doing well.

Mornin' troops nice to see a bit of sun albeit for a couple of days. Have phoned the dentist so now I expect I will have to wait for hours for them to call me back.

I did manage (painfully) another tub of weeds from the garden yesterday but my leg muscles are still killing me. Think I will give it a rest today.

Good morning! I overslept so only just managed to get the computer working. Blue sky and very pleasant outside. Gardener has arrived (she postponed last Monday because of snow) I have washing to do and just maybe I will get to hang it outside.
