Our local weather forecast for Yorkshire and the Met office website has a yellow warning for high winds tonight into Monday.

Bloomin' eck I've had enough worry about hurricanes ! The Cadet and wife have now left Canada and should be in San Francisco ... suppose I should start worrying about earth quakes now !!!

Buttons hope you are recovering & don't go over doing it,

They seemed to change there mind about the hurrican tail end coming here it seems to have changed its mind its just damp, not nice at all, had hoped to do some tidying in the garden but not fine enough.

Have been doing some scanning, will try & list a few after I check to see if there are anymore relists needed putting on again.

For us the hurricane remains are not due until late this evening and tomorrow. Met Office has a yellow warning for wind starting midnight tonight and continuing through tomorrow.

Good morning! Canteen duty is done, so coffee and tea are keeping hot. Sorry for my non-appearance yesterday. I had a migraine and spent most of the day in bed. Still things are better today. Gardener is due today, OH is out and I will need to go and shop for the rabbit. He is running out of food and bedding. There are also YDC items to post. That kind of takes care of my day. No idea what it is like outside apart from dark. I will now slide across to my sewing machine and work a bit on the quilt. This will be full size and will not only be the first, but probably the last to fit a bed.

Oh woe is me, I had a big missile strike late last night just as I was climbing into my bunk which left a big hole in my book shop !




I think I had better get the camera out and take some more photos after my sortie to the post office and a trip to the mess to get over the shock that a book has gone missing !

Well sunny but windy hear today have managed the relists & now am going to list a few again,

opened the YDC parcels this morning so thanks, at least 1 is towards Christmas presents. Its starting to be frightening how near it is.
