Grrrrr what's going on ? Why are you all loosing those precious listings when mine are so well protected ?!

Busy day today as I think brother is arriving quite early this morning and was muttering things about going into town with me.
Would you believe I baked a blackberry and apple pie yesterday ready for tonight's meal and left it on the side to cool last night. When I next looked a quarter of it had gone ! Someone around here had just gone and helped themselves ... and it wasn't me !

Morning - tea's made and I think there's bread for toast if someone didn't have too many munchies late last night; otherwise there's cornflakes or muesli.

All quiet here for a change, so may get some more bobbins listed later.

Rather bemused by international mail deliveries - I sent a packet to Australia over 3 weeks ago by Airmail - it was delivered yesterday. I posted a book to New York last Saturday and she's already got it - and she loves all the stamps !

Time for another mug of tea.

Good morning! I have been busy not only making breakfast and eating it, I made blood orange marmalade (there might be a jar in the YDC), pineapple and plum jam, stewed apple and cooked some chicken thighs for lunch. I don't know yet how they will be used, but I'll think of something. We will also have a visitor from Poland arrive today for a week, so I made a special effort and cleaned the kitchen (cooker will be done tomorrow) Time to have a shower and get dressed, I think.

My turn to the dentist at 12.30 today its a filling, but would still rather not go but needs must.

good morning! Visitor arrived yesterday bearing gifts which included a lovely fruitcake. So now there is tea, coffee, croissant (we went shopping yesterday) and cake plus the usual toast and marmalade. Nothing lost so I don't need to worry about the sarge. Outside it is grey and wet. so am glad I don't HAVE to go out.

Mornin' troops, typical after getting up early yesterday brother phoned to say he wouldn't be arriving until the afternoon ! He now wants to go into town today so I had better get myself organized. I'll see you later, so be good if possible and list, list, list !

Been on the night shift again,,,,haven't lost any listings and have lots of listing planned for today just in case I lose any over the weekend.

Think I better get listing again big time as I losted 2 more overnight to returning newbies - BUT I did manage to get a YDC listing up for Harold.

Rather frosty out there by the looks of things and I have to take Badge to the vets for a follow-up visit. She managed to scratch her eyeball earlier this week [no idea how] and we've been putting eye drops in since. She's much better now, thank goodness.

Just time for a small mug of tea before we leave.

good morning! I hope your drive went without a hitch yesterday, Penni. My routine has changed over the next few days. I need to do canteen duty before switching on the PC and reporting in. Not that there is much to report. Outside it is quite damp and I think we might get another snowflake or two. But I feel I want some fresh air so may well venture out for a little walk.
