No, Penni, the one after that. And I am sure you'll enjoy Malta. Good morning. I have at long last started packing. Last lot of washing to do today and sorting out the fridge. OH got up at 4 to drive to Heathrow to meet friends who had a holiday in OZ. If all went well he should be back soon and I expect he will want to sleep some more.I will go and put the kettle on and defrost bread. In spite of the very late and large lunch yesterday, I feel hungry this morning. I think I will go into town today too. I haven't looked at the shops for about a month. Sarge, I will also fly from Stansted, and am not looking forward to it as it means driving through London or the M25 which is twice as long (milage) If we are lucky it'll only take 2 hours, but I expect it to be longer. See you later

Another frosty morning - brrrrrrrrr. Won't be going far today !

No idea what's happening today, but I do know I need to take some photographs for new listings.

But first another mug of tea.

Mornin' troops. Well I made them all breakfast at 2.15am so they got off on time. They should be on the plane now if all went well. It took me ages to get off to sleep after so much activity late at night. Got to give my quarters a quick tidy up as have a friend coming over for coffee later this morning. I might go for another lie down after she has gone !

I've got problems with my camera cable, there's a lose connection somewhere so I'm finding it hard to load the photos onto the computer. At least I hope it is the cable and not the camera, it's done well taking photos almost daily for years, it has got a fault of over exposing now if I zoom in too much on the medium setting so I hope it's not on it's last legs. Got to wait for a new cable to arrive but I think I've still got a couple of photos done from before Christmas to do a couple of new listings.

Sgt hope you managed to get some more sleep after your friend went.

Am afraid have just discovered Somer has lost 2 yesterday.

Happy new year Lieutenant Maplegin & Corporal Somerset.

Gawd Cadet Malcolm phoned to say they had made it as far as Barcelona airport and were waiting for their connection to Andorra but on the way to Stansted they had a tyre blow out on the motorway, apparently it was completely shredded. Luckily Malcolm's friend is quite good with cars and managed to help O/H change it so they made it to the airport on time. Let's hope there are no more incidents to come !
