tried got the brightness up but no go with ITV it seems tied to the BBC somehow as that is all it throws up as stations, every single one is BBC this that or the other...

I now have it connected to the internet, but am having trouble using the control to get things on, not used to texting or using smart phones so i think a wireless keyboard is needed, i have only tried to get smokie on youtube so far but it keeps adding extra eeeeeeeeee's on when i press okay. havent found i players yet or ITV but am getting there I think.............. going to bed now as still in agony and need to curl up with my blankie X

Well done, buttons. You'll get there in the end. I am off to the canteen to make tea and coffee and to fortify myself for a day of listing. And take more photos. The sooner I get this done the better as i can hardly move for piles of clothing and other things

Mornin' troops. Oh no, what have I done ?! I've started painting the kitchen so I've got to finish it now and it's going to take at least three coats. That should keep me busy for the next few days ! The worst thing is that I have to clean all the places I usually ignore, like behind the dishwasher, cooker and and fridge, plus the tops of cupboards and high shelves !



I'm looking after my neighbour's house while they are on holiday in Turkey and they have just sent me a photo of a view from their balcony as the sun was setting - think I have just turned as green as my eBid army uniform !

Sarge - you better hold off on meebo's special coffeee till the painting is done. Clean behind the cooker and fridge????????????? Whoever heard of such a thing! Tosh! (Isn't that something a Brit would say in derision? ) And I thought meebo was going to take it easy for a bit. Silly me.

It was really foggy here this morning. I think I got most of the available blackberries turned into delicious winter sauce/jam.

Nigels Dad still far from getting better he kept last night trying to pull tubes out again last night so they had to sedate him & from what they said will be drowsey all day, friends are taking Gwen today so Nigel can catch up with paper work including pip form, Me I have been sorting PC's hopefully we will soon be able to start listing again. Once all the paper work is sorted for his Uncle.
